Is technonlgy making mankind lazy?

I think that technology doesn't make mankind lazy because technology also helps people alot.For Instance when you get older you won't be albe to do alot of things like bending down to get something without your back acking and in pain.Further more alot of people get motor scooters because they have a hard time walking around and getting to nearby places.Clearly technology helps alot of people.

An important point is what if someone needs to call another person for help, you can't call that person without a telephone.As evidence older people may use a holding vacum to clean aroung the house and their back is in pain.In somes cases people can buy a vacum that vacums the floor without bending down to clean the house.Afterall technology really helps people.
